Our mission and vision
We believe that the best solutions are created when everyone can think along and actively contribute. That is why co-creation and participation are central to our work. We work together with governments, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, social initiatives and companies on solutions that really make a difference.
Our goal? To give public and social organizations the direction to improve their services and processes themselves. No ready-made answers, but targeted training, coaching and practical tools with which teams can work independently. Together, we build more efficient processes, satisfied customers and motivated employees.

Adventurers on a mission
"The Argonauts" refers to the story of Jason and the Argonauts from Greek mythology. To secure his kingship, Jason gathered 49 Argonauts and set out with his ship the Argo in search of the Golden Fleece. On their journey they had to face various challenges and many dangers. Because on the Argo they had all the necessary talents (politicians, philosophers, scientists, mathematicians,...) on board, by working together they succeeded in their mission!
At The Argonauts we are adventurers on a quest: with our goal in mind, we work together to overcome the most difficult challenges and complete the most complex (customer) journeys. We join forces
To diversify our team, we took the first step; joining the IDEA Group. Four organizations with complementary skills and perspectives have joined together to address more diverse and interconnected challenges. Within this group, we have the ability to put together the right team and process tailored to your challenge.
Within the IDEA Group, IDEA Consult, MONDEA, Value Partners and The Argonauts support clients with analysis, policy and concept development, implementation and in-house management. In this way, as IDEA Group, we offer a complete package of services for boards and organizations.
