    De Vlaamse overheid sloot in november 2023 een nieuw raamcontract af voor externe ondersteuning voor strategisch en belanghebbendenmanagement. Via dit raamcontact kun je als bestuur rechtstreeks terecht bij ons (en de andere partners uit ons collectief) voor advies en begeleiding in deze domeinen.

    How can we help you?

    We are a young team of passionate strategic business, service and space designers. Co-creation, user research, stakeholder mapping, customer journeys, service blueprints, business modeling... are all part of our daily job.

    In our projects, we put the end-user at the centre through design thinking, co-creation and participation. The Argonauts are active in both the private and public sector and work for clients such as Etex Group, Bank van Breda, Euroclear, Luminus, the Flemish government and various local governments.

    Participation of various stakeholders is a must in user centric design process. In order to involve as many people as possible, we provide intense and less intense forms of participation. We help you in setting up a citizen participation platform and make sure all stakeholders are able to participate in the design of a (new) public space or service.

    Involving the right stakeholders at the right time is key in a successful innovation project. It is only by working closely together that you can reach the maximal potential of a project. In a co-creation process, we bring together the expertise and experience of the various actors and create broad support for intermediate design decisions.

    A good idea can be great on paper and turn out not to reach the desired goal in reality. That’s why it’s crucial to construct prototypes. Prototypes differ from ideas because they do not merely represent the 'planned' solution but the 'built' solution. Prototypes are used to get quick feedback from the users in order to make desired adjustments early in the process.

    The goal of design research is to better understand the underlying and sometimes hidden desires, needs, and challenges of end users. Designers not only try to understand the individual user but also aim to explore the world around them and their experiences of it. We use tools like empathy maps, persona’s and customer journeys to visualise the users' needs and we define the opportunities that come with it.

    ‘Foresight’ or scenario thinking is the systematic exploration of the future with a view to making the right long-term decisions. With scenario thinking, we imagine a number of possible future 'worlds' and examine how we would behave as a user in these worlds.

    What can you expect when embarking on a quest together?

    We help companies, governments and organisations to stay meaningful in a rapidly changing world. Where consumer behaviour is constantly evolving, sometimes as a reaction to the changing world, sometimes shaping it. To avoid developing products or services that do not align (anymore) with users ’or stakeholders’ needs and desires, involving them in the development process has become increasingly important. With our design methods and experience in cocreation, we help you understand and design for these users.
