Who are we?
The Argonauts is a team of designers, researchers and facilitators. We guide organizations in addressing complex challenges, using co-creation, Design Thinking and innovation processes. Our goal? To develop sustainable, creative solutions that make a difference for people, organizations and the planet.
What can you do with us?
As an intern or colleague, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on a variety of projects depending on your interests and skills. Examples include:
- Support Design Thinking and co-creation workshops.
- Conduct and analyze user research.
- Create content and support marketing activities.
- Participate in the development of strategies and innovative concepts.
- Apply new tools and methodologies to achieve impactful results.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people who:
- Being driven and excited by creative challenges.
- Have an affinity for co-creation, design, innovation or organizational development.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Undergraduate education or experience in a relevant field (e.g., design, communications, social sciences, business administration).
- Be available for a minimum [duration, e.g., 3-6 months] internship or project-based collaboration.
